Refund policy

Our refund policy is outlined below: 

• Every purchase is non-refundable.

 

• An exchange is only warranted of the same article within 4 days from the date of purchase only if the wrong order is delivered for e.g wrong size or wrong product.

 

• An exchange can only occur if we are contacted about the issue within 4 days of purchase. An image of the receipt proving time of purchase is necessary.

 

• For International Orders, a customer is responsible for the payment of shipment and order collection from shipment agencies and vendors. 

 

• We reserve the right to modify of update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.
